He is a local music teacher pianist who a recording artist.
1. Ask the interviewee about his or her experience negotiating in the industry.
Dan Tudor is a renowned and highly experienced musician and a musician at the C.A.R.E. Channel at Healing Healthcare Systems and began as 1 of 10 recording artists at the studio, starting in 2004. There are now up to 40 recording artists there today, and
he has much great experience negotiating and being amongst the best musicians in the business. His Health Systems channel has him work with Dallas Smith and Susan Mazer, and met them "while performing in Reno." (Introducing C.A.R.E. Channel Artist Dan Tudor. 2017)
It is in 46 states nationwide, with over 700 major hospitals, with much recording and work with world music artist from the studio at Healing Healthcare Systems.
2. Ask the interviewee about his or her experience working in the industry.
Dan Tudor described the enormity of the project at C.A.R.E. Channel, working with many teachers and was a part-time teacher at Berkeley, College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts.
He has a great profile page about him on the C.A.R.E. Channel, it describes his recording work with a world-renowned saxophonist Erie Watts, in 2004.
Erie Watts recommended Dan Tudors album "Joyful Dreams" to co-founders of C.A.R.E. Channel co- founders Smith and Suzan Mazer.
He has experience working with Phil Wilson, a professional trombone player of jazz music and is a recoding artist. He also performs often locally and in Sanibel Island, Florida.
3.Ask for tips for success in the industry.
Dan Tudor mentioned wonderful tips for the music industry. He is always about giving great advice and supports me by giving me tips on finding the high caliber to develop skills for personal musicianship.
He quotes advice to "Always latch on to the next creative idea."
and also to "Be creative and find a passion." He is always about inspiring musicianship to the next level and possibilities of wonderful creativities are limitless in music.

Outline the critical roles of the startup management team members that will need to be addressed in the management chapter of your business plan. Focus on either your, or your selection, for the CEO position and list the roles and critical skills needed to fulfill these roles for your company.
The critical roles of the startup management team members will be to participate in the specific portion of the music song to be featuring them. They will also need to stay networking other business and customers to build a bigger social network. The CEO will be Peter Belk, while Cody Moore, Joe Calderone, and Stefano DeBlasio will all be managers. The manager duties will include the emailing advertisements, flyers, invitations and online advertisements through social media statuses. There will be scheduled meetings to continue the clear vision of the new products. The critical skills needed are computer system knowledge with MacBook Pro, social media, mobile devices, and professional musician performances and skills. The experiences and successes I have with the managers and CEO are within the past 10 years of professional performance and creating original music composition. We have won talent contents and have performed throughout college. The startup management will need to continue to perform the advertisements while being featured musicians at frequent shows and performances locally (Cohen, Andrew. (April 14, 2015). A generous spirit and the requirements to broaden business horizons will be expected by all the workers.
The CEO position will incorporate important business roles with the local region and then into the rest of the state. This will represent the connection of the business into the rest of the regions and beyond in the state of Florida. The CEO will also be in charge of managing the revenue made by the company, this will bring new investors, as long as providing the CEO with the company’s metrics, including availability and more scheduled shows to communicate growth with the new future investors.As the president of the company, I am to build my featuring of the CEO through any live music performances. I will then make my way through to build the education and strengths of the company with the CEO and the management team members. All the members have experience with college music that are the education strengths of making a great professional music company. It will continue to grow and get more opportunity every year as the members become featured live and on Album CDs.
